Hi, I’m your guide to playing great golf deeper into life.

I created Golf Longevity Lab after working with golfers who were told to “just rest” or “accept getting older”—advice that usually leads to lost distance, more pain, or quitting the game altogether.

My background blends strength & conditioning, mobility training, and practical on-course experience. I’ve helped golfers from their 30s to their 70s extend their playing lifespan with smart programming—not punishment workouts.
